1. Who we are
Wanframzy Limited ("Wanframzy", "we", "us", "our") is a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile games, including Peace by Piece — Bible Jigsaw, and to this website at wanframzy.com (together, the "Services").
You can reach us at any time at privacy@wanframzy.com.
2. What our games do not collect
We want to be clear about this first, because it removes most of the usual concerns:
- There is no account system. We never ask you to register or log in.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, postal address or phone number.
- There are no in-app purchases, so we never handle your payment card or billing details.
- We do not request access to your contacts, photo library, microphone, camera, calendar, or precise GPS location.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
3. Information collected when you play
3.1 Stored on your device only
Your puzzle progress, unlocked pictures, sound and music settings, and similar preferences are saved in local storage on your own device. This information is not transmitted to us. If you delete the game, this information is deleted with it.
3.2 Collected automatically for advertising and stability
Our games include third-party software development kits ("SDKs") that make advertising possible. When you play, these SDKs may collect:
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising identifiers | Google Advertising ID (Android); Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) (iOS) | To select, cap the frequency of, and measure advertising |
| Device & technical data | Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, screen size, language, time zone, country, network type, app version | To render ads correctly and diagnose problems |
| Approximate location | Country / region inferred from IP address | To serve regionally appropriate ads and apply the correct privacy rules |
| IP address | Internet Protocol address | Ad delivery, fraud prevention, security |
| Ad interaction data | Ad requests, impressions, clicks, video completions, rewards granted, estimated revenue | To measure performance and pay us correctly |
| Basic gameplay events | Game launches, session length, level or puzzle reached, crash and error reports | To fix bugs and improve the game |
Some of this information may be personal information under the laws of your jurisdiction, either on its own or when combined with other data held by our partners.
4. How we use information
- To display advertising, including rewarded video ads that grant an in-game bonus, and interstitial ads shown between puzzles.
- To limit how often you see ads, so the same ad is not repeated excessively.
- To measure advertising and receive payment from advertising networks.
- To detect invalid traffic, fraud and abuse, and to keep the Services secure.
- To fix crashes and improve gameplay, using aggregated and diagnostic data.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your information to build a profile of you for our own purposes, and we do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.
5. Advertising partners
Advertising in our games is delivered through a mediation platform, which routes each ad request to one or more advertising networks. The partners currently integrated in our games are:
| Partner | Role | Privacy information |
|---|---|---|
| TopOn | Ad mediation — routes ad requests to advertising networks and reports performance | Privacy Policy |
| Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) | Advertising network — supplies and measures ads | How Google uses information |
These partners act as independent controllers or as business partners in respect of the data they collect, and their own privacy policies govern that processing. We may add or remove advertising networks over time; when we do, we will update this Privacy Policy and the list above. A current list is always available on this page.
6. Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for personalised advertising and for the use of device identifiers for advertising purposes. We ask for this consent through a consent message when you first open the game, and you may withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for non-personalised (contextual) advertising, fraud and invalid-traffic prevention, security, crash diagnostics, and basic aggregated analytics. Our legitimate interest is in operating and funding a free game and keeping it working correctly. You may object to this processing at any time.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.
7. International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong SAR. Our advertising partners operate globally, and information collected through our games may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States, Ireland, Singapore and Hong Kong SAR. Where personal information of individuals in the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred outside those areas, our partners rely on transfer mechanisms recognised under applicable law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, adequacy decisions, or the EU-US and UK-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
8. Your choices and controls
8.1 Consent for personalised advertising
If you are in a region where consent is required (including the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), you will see a consent message the first time you open the game, presented through Google's User Messaging Platform. You may choose whether to allow personalised advertising, and you can change your choice later from the privacy or settings option inside the game. If you decline, you will still be able to play — you will simply see non-personalised ads instead.
8.2 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS, iPadOS and similar Apple platforms, we will ask for your permission before accessing the IDFA for tracking purposes, as required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You may allow or decline, and you can change your decision at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not restrict any gameplay.
8.3 Device-level advertising controls
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads — you can delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising, and the Tracking controls described above.
- Google Ads settings: adssettings.google.com
8.4 Deleting your data
Because we do not operate accounts, the simplest way to remove locally stored information is to delete the game from your device. To ask us about information held by us or our partners, or to exercise the rights described in Sections 9 and 10, email privacy@wanframzy.com.
9. Rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR
Subject to conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you have the right to request access to your personal data; rectification of inaccurate data; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, email privacy@wanframzy.com. We will respond within one month, and will tell you if we need longer. We may ask for information that allows us to identify the relevant device data, such as your advertising identifier and the approximate date and time of use, because we hold no account records that would otherwise let us locate your data.
10. Notice for United States residents
This section applies if you are a resident of California or of another US state with comparable privacy legislation.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and under comparable state laws, the disclosure of identifiers such as advertising IDs and IP addresses to advertising partners for the purpose of personalised advertising may be treated as a "sale" or as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We want to state this plainly rather than rely on a technicality.
You have the right to opt out. You can do so by:
- declining personalised advertising in the privacy settings inside the game;
- on iOS, declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt or switching off Allow Apps to Request to Track;
- on Android, enabling Opt out of Ads Personalisation or deleting your advertising ID; or
- emailing privacy@wanframzy.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information".
Categories of personal information we collect are set out in Section 3. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those described in Section 4. Depending on your state, you may also have rights to know, to delete, to correct, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Global Privacy Control. Where we detect an opt-out preference signal on this website, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing for that browser.
11. Children's privacy
Our games are general-audience products and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 where local law sets a higher threshold). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in those age groups, and we do not target advertising to children.
Our games are not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme and are not categorised as Kids apps on the App Store.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through our games, please contact privacy@wanframzy.com. We will delete the information promptly and take reasonable steps to prevent further collection.
12. Data retention
We keep only what we need, for as long as we need it. Aggregated advertising and performance reports are retained for as long as necessary for accounting, tax and audit purposes under Hong Kong law, generally up to seven years. Crash and diagnostic records are retained for up to 90 days. Data held by our advertising partners is retained in accordance with their own retention policies, which are described in their privacy policies linked in Section 5.
13. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including transmission over encrypted connections and limiting access to the small number of people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Third-party links and ad content
Advertisements shown in our games are supplied by third parties and may link to external websites or app store listings that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those destinations. If you encounter an advertisement that is inappropriate, misleading or offensive, please report it to support@wanframzy.com with a screenshot and the approximate time, and we will pass it to the relevant network.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our games, our partners, or applicable law. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice, such as an in-game message. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
