Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Wanframzy Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Wanframzy", "we", "us"), governing your use of our mobile games — including Peace by Piece — Bible Jigsaw — and this website (together, the "Services").

By downloading, installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use one copy of each game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• copy, modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works of the Services, except as permitted by applicable law;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or redistribute the Services;
• remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice;
• use cheats, automation software, bots, modified clients, emulated environments or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage or to generate artificial advertising activity;
• interfere with the Services or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network connected to them; or
• use the Services in any way that breaches applicable law or the rights of others.

4. No accounts, no purchases

The Services do not require registration and contain no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. We will never ask you for payment card details inside our games. If any app, website or message claiming to be associated with us asks you to pay for our games or to provide payment information, it is not us — please report it to support@wanframzy.com.

5. Virtual items and rewards

Our games may include virtual items such as hints, coins, boosters or bonus multipliers, some of which may be earned by watching a rewarded advertisement.

• Virtual items are a licensed feature of the game. You do not own them.
• They have no monetary value, are not property, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred or cashed out for money or anything of real-world value.
• Bonus amounts may be determined randomly within ranges we set. Any randomised element is an entertainment feature only. It involves no wager, no stake, no entry fee and no prize of real-world value, and it is not gambling.
• We may adjust, expire or remove virtual items and game features as part of updates and balancing.
• If a rewarded advertisement fails to grant a reward due to a technical fault, contact support and we will do what we reasonably can, but we are not obliged to provide compensation.

Because progress is stored on your device, uninstalling a game, clearing its data, resetting your device or moving to a new device may permanently erase your progress and virtual items. We cannot restore them.

6. Advertising

Our games are free and are funded by advertising. By using the Services, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed, including interstitial advertisements between puzzles and optional rewarded video advertisements.

Advertisements are supplied by third-party networks and are not selected, endorsed or reviewed by us in advance. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for the products, services or websites they promote. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

Attempting to generate artificial advertising impressions, clicks or rewards — whether manually or by automated means — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in loss of access to the Services.

How advertising affects your privacy, and the controls available to you, are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Our rights

All rights in and to the Services as a whole — including the software and source code, the selection, arrangement, sequencing and curation of puzzle content, the difficulty design and progression systems, the user interface and its layout, the music and sound effects, the written text, the name Peace by Piece, the name Wanframzy, and all associated logos and visual identity — are owned by Wanframzy Limited or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trade mark, database and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

7.2 Scripture

Scripture quoted in the Services is taken exclusively from translations that are in the public domain. We do not use any Bible translation that is subject to subsisting copyright. The translations used are:

Additional languages may be added over time, and we will use public-domain translations for those languages as well. The current list of translations in use is shown inside each game, on the About or Credits screen. We claim no rights in the underlying scripture text itself, which belongs to the common heritage of humanity.

If you believe a translation identified above is not in the public domain in your jurisdiction, please contact support@wanframzy.com and we will review the matter promptly.

7.3 Illustrations and AI-generated content

The illustrations used as puzzle images in the Services are produced by Wanframzy Limited using a combination of artificial-intelligence image-generation tools together with human artistic direction, prompt design, selection, editing, retouching and composition. We disclose this openly rather than present the artwork as traditionally hand-drawn.

We acknowledge that, in some jurisdictions, material generated by artificial intelligence without sufficient human authorship may not attract copyright protection. Accordingly, in respect of the puzzle illustrations we assert only such rights as arise from our own human creative contribution — including our editing and post-processing of individual images, and our selection, curation and arrangement of the image collection as a whole — together with our rights in the Services as a whole under Section 7.1. Nothing in this Section is an admission regarding the protectability of any specific asset, and nothing in it grants you a licence to extract, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit assets from the Services, which remains prohibited under Section 3 regardless of the copyright status of any individual file.

We do not knowingly generate images that imitate the distinctive style of any identifiable living artist, or that reproduce any third party's protected work. If you believe any image in the Services infringes your rights, please contact support@wanframzy.com with details sufficient to identify the image and the right you rely on, and we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove the image.

8. Religious content and localisation

Our games present illustrated scenes and passages drawn from the Bible. This content is offered for reflection and enjoyment. It is not intended as theological instruction, doctrinal interpretation, pastoral guidance, or a substitute for reading scripture itself or for the counsel of a qualified minister or professional.

The selection of passages, the choice of translation for each language, and the artistic interpretation of biblical scenes reflect editorial and aesthetic decisions made by us. They do not represent the position of any particular church, denomination or religious organisation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any church, denomination, Bible society or religious body.

Because we use historic public-domain translations, the wording in some languages may differ from the modern translation you are most accustomed to, and may use older or more formal language. Where an illustration depicts a scene, the depiction is an artistic interpretation and is not presented as historically or archaeologically accurate.

Our games are made available in multiple languages. Interface text and descriptions may be translated using machine translation together with human review. Where a translation is unclear or mistaken, the English version prevails. We welcome corrections at support@wanframzy.com.

9. Updates and availability

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, including individual features, puzzle content, supported languages or an entire game, at any time and without liability to you. Updates may be required for a game to continue functioning. We do not warrant that the Services will be available without interruption or free of errors, or that they will remain compatible with future versions of your device's operating system.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wanframzy Limited and its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, game progress or virtual items, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us for the Services, which for our free games is nil, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wanframzy Limited against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Services.

13. Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Services. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting our games from your devices. We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice, if you materially breach these Terms — in particular Sections 3 and 6 — or if required by law. Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 survive termination.

14. App store terms

You obtained our games from a third-party app store, and your use is also subject to that store's terms. Where you obtained a game from the Apple App Store, the following applies:

• These Terms are concluded between you and Wanframzy Limited only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple").
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the game.
• In the event of any failure of the game to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price paid — which for our free games is nil. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the game.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims of non-conformity with legal requirements, or claims under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement or discharge of any third-party claim that the game infringes intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Section 14 and have the right to enforce its terms against you.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable law gives you that right.

Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at support@wanframzy.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

16. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
